PDMWorks Documents Visible to User

In PDM Admin in the User information tab there is the option to show only files with specific custom property, for example Vendor=123
I have files in the vault that have this property 123
Any user I apply this options can only see the files grayed out. No check out is posible.

Anyone have the same experience???
