I have two problems that I think are related:

1) I have a sketch open. I click in a line to select it and it either moves, or a message comes up telling me that it cannot be dragged because it is fixed. I am not moving my mouse, so there is no reason for it to think I want to move it.

2) I click on a sketch entity. I hold CTRL down to click on a second sketch entity expecting the properties menu to open so I can add a relation. Instead, the second item never changes color, but a duplicate of both items appears elsewhere on the screen as if I asked it to copy and paste all at the same time.

I have been using Solidworks for a while and have not encountered this. I restarted the program to no avail. I cannot work until I get this fixed. What should I do?
