Solidworks froze on Photoview360 and now will not re-open.

I closed the whole program after waiting a bit and then tried to reopen a few hours later. Now, Solidworks is stuck on the splash screen and says either "Loading registry..." or "Loading add-in: Solidworks Simulation..." no matter how many times I try to close and re-open. I tried restarting and powering off with no luck.I tried to create a new registry but that didn't get it to open either. I have an HP laptop with an NVIDIA 630M graphics card, Windows 10 - 64 bit, and I am running Solidworks 2014 Student Edition. I have had Solidworks run slowly in the past on very large assemblies but to my knowledge it has never crashed and I have used Photoview360 before without issue.
