Sharing renderings

I created about 10 different configs for a part file that contains a different decal rendering for each config. If I re open the part file and try all the different configs, everything loads great. I did a "pack and go" which included the part .prt and all the associated .p2d files. When my co-worker tried to load the part file it open but the decal artwork was not being displayed. I had him open the render tab to look in the Decals folder, the decal is shown but has a red circle x. So We chose the option to locate the file manually. Selected the associated .p2d file, still nothing.

Any Suggestions?
