I cant find a way to clear a assembly from all textures and
colors.
The assembly is with about 800 parts and it's a mess of surface/part/assembly colors.
"Remove all colors / textures" does not work.

Correct Answer
Go to the Render Manager, expand the Appearances folder,
select all of the appearances, right click, and choose
Detach.
