2008 x64 SP1.1 - no resources

I loaded the 2008 x64 1.1 SP today & my "resources" panel is now blank. Has anybody else seen this or have any ideas on how to restore it?

we have also seen this in our x32 sw 2008 sp0.1 on one machine, and sp1.0 on the other. Comes and goes after re starting sw or rebooting pc...........?
