Upgrade from 2001 to 2008

We upgrade reciently to 2001+ to 2008 Office profesional and we've got problem with the assemblies because when we install the new toolbox, we lose the old one and the name of the diferents component of the toolbox are changed.
Some one know how can we change all the references or making a crossing between the old and the new one.
