Hello,

I was trying to use SW to slice my solid parts, then import this sliced geometry into ANSYS meshing for CFD simulation.

In ANSYS DesignModeler (which is the CAD software for ANSYS), it can slice one solid part into several different solid parts. However, the most important thing is, the neighbor two parts only share one single edge and one single face between each other (I know this is impossible for real engineering world, once people slice one part to two parts, must create two faces and double the number of edges).

So my question is, can SW do this kind of slice (like ANSYS DesignModeler does)? And how to do this kind of slice in SW (not in SW simulation)?

I would appreciate if someone here could help me with that!
