how can you form am octagonal cylinder one side is 14'' and the other side is 9'' the distance between them is 800'' and the thickness s 0.16'' or 4mm. am trying to loft it but it not forming.

am trying to come up with a high mast pole but I ant seem to form the shape to join and form a solid. I have tried using loft base but to no avail
