It's not necessarily wrong. It's difficult to say without seeing the model. It looks like you may be trying to apply too many fillets in one operation. Try placing the ones that are showing the yellow preview first, then start a new fillet, choosing the other edges. You may also need to choose a smaller radius for those edges. Again, it's difficult to say for sure without seeing the model. If neither of those ideas work, can you post the Part here?
I chose a smaller radius (7 mm marked with blue) and it works, 7 is fine. The first rounding works with 10 mm (marked with red) but not the second, although 7 is fine.
