I setup an flange analsis with sim. I applied a force which is 785N
I am expecting the bolts axial stress must be 785/8. However SW shows me 313 N for per bolt.
I think every bolt axial stress must be 785/8=98N. Am ı wrong?
Are you saying the stress IN the bolt or the stress AROUND the bolt? There is a warning when using bolted joints to the effect that stresses within +/- 1 diameter are wrong due to the fact that the bolt is a rigid link.
Also, did you apply a pre-load on the bolt or are you just depending on the force/pressure from the inside of the flange?

You have to take into account that the bolt have a pre tork or a axial pre load, that will have a different axial force resultant.

Usually when I use that feature I am looking at the Reaction force to see if it is close to the input force(s)/mass(es) in the appropriate directions.
If you are talking about bolts then there might be some bending & shear, etc.
If you were selecting the constrained surface then the force should be roughly equal to the loading.

The cad that you post is different of your example, also it is an only part file not an assembly. I made the simulation and got reliable results ( without pre loads, and making an assembly of the two parts).
I added 10000N load, and the axial resultante at the bolts are 980 N ( roughly 10000/12 = 833,33 N)
