The bend angles shoud be around 90degrees but if its not possible it doesnt matter they are not final however it just needs to look like polygons. I will add another photo of how part 2 shoud look like. Thanks 
Despina,,... you can model it and it can be made in thin paper/plastic sheet but not easily in metal... so, in metal, you'd be forming that cut/corner or adding more cuts/tools/steps..

Very interesting parts. I have a couple of questions: do you have any information about the final formed dimensions or bend angles? Also, I'm not quite sure how Part2 is supposed to look as a finished part. I'm imagining maybe there is some additional forming to bring those flanges to a point?
