Parts Suppressed After Moving Into Vault

Hello All!

I've been working with PDM Standard for some time now. Everything was going smoothly until a week ago, assemblies inside and outside of the vault started to have problems with 3 different configured parts. So, to fix the problem with one of these parts I moved it into the vault using SW Explorer. Now, when any of the assemblies referencing this part is opened, whether the assembly is in the vault or not, SW throws up the warning that it can't find the files or opens the assembly anyway with the part suppressed and unable to do anything with it(actions are based on individual user settings). However, every known way to look at the assembly file references shows it is looking at the part file in the vault. Still, the part is suppressed with a caution flag next to it in the feature tree. The only way I have found to fix this is to delete the part out of the assembly file and reinsert it, but I know that can't be right. Can anyone help me here? There must be something I am missing because I have not seen any other way to move part files into a vault in SW PDM Standard and update references along the way.
