Rendered Animation Problems

I am trying to render the animation of the movement of the gears in a differential mechanism.  I can create a avi of just the Solidworks screen, and this works fine.  But when I try to use the Photoview renderer things go wrong.

I have tried using bmp images, and everything else I can think of.  My settings are as seen below.  When the images save the mates in the gears get all messed up, and the gears move in ways they are not supposed to.

This is what happens.  The first image is fine because the motion has not started yet.  I am using motors on the wheels to create the motion.  As you can see in the image below, the gears are moving out of position when it saves the rendered image.  I only let it run for 3 images before cancelling, but the longer it goes the worse it gets until the gears are all just jumbled together.

I am not using flexible sub assemblies.  Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?
