Normally, you can right click an edge in a drawing and "select midpoint"

I use this method religiously to add relations for center-lines I manually draw on the drawing and for defining section lines.

This does not work on cylindrical edges.

Yet, I can insert a sketch point, and add a "midpoint" relation just fine.

Is there something in my settings preventing me from being able to right click the cylindrical edge and select its midpoint?

It's not a huge dilemma, just trying to reduce the list of regularly used work-arounds

Wanting to submit this as an enhancement request but wanting to make sure I'm not overlooking something.
