Installing 2016 SP3 and PDM Professional and/or Add-ins

I'm cutting my teeth at installing 2016 products. I've attended SWW for the past 2 years - and I've learned some about images. Here's the situation:

On a test (cloned) Server:

I backed up the SQL database

I archived the Solidworks Electrical projects

I've upgraded to PDM Professional 2016 on the server

Need to install:

Solidworks 2016

PDM Pro

Solidworks Electrical

Admin tool on all PCs

Client:

I have admin permissions on the PC

I already deleted all existing 2015 Solidworks Products

Problem:

On install of individual seat or using an image, I'm getting a failure. And it appears it has something to do with my selecting PDM Professional and/or Add-Ins. Has anyone had an experience or heard of an issue with this? I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong.

Questions:

1) When selecting PDM Professional, do I still select SOLIDWORKS Explorer\Workgroup PDM? I would think no. But why then is the VaultAdmin under Workgroup PDM?

2) Any ideas why the add-ins appear to be causing the installs to fail?
