2 issues

A) How do I change the font size in Drawing? I know how to do it to individual dimensions but not to the whole drawing.

B) I changed the "Scale" of my Drawing in "Sheet Properties", but for every drawing I create I need to redo it. How do I keep it constant so I won't have to redo the scaling every time?
