Menu Display Corruption for SW2014

2016.04.29: I've recently started at a new firm that is using Solidworks 2014. I am configuring my workstation and have run into issues regarding how SW is displaying nearly all menus. The issues are bad enough that it has essentially made SW unusable. I'm posting this discussion in hopes of finding a solution that does not require upgrading SW (e.g. custom settings, different install instructions, etc.). I do understand that there are multiple negative contributing factors to this situation (SW2014, Windows 10, Mac Bootcamp, etc.).Thank you for any suggestions.

Here are the conditions:

1. Hardware: MacBook Pro

2. Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 M370X (driver up to date)

3. Boot Utility: Bootcamp

4. OS: Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit (purchasing Windows 7 no longer an option)

5. Solidworks: 2014 SP0 (company had access thru SP3 but SP3 download no longer appears available)

I've installed the program twice with no change. Similar menu display issues are present in the installation menus.

Attached is a collage of various corrupted/improperly displayed menus:

Again, thank you for any suggestions.
