I am not 100% sure what you mean by native resolution.
Welcome to the forum. It sounds like your Hole Wizard was set to create a slot (red arrow below) instead of a round hole. Edit the feature and choose the Hole icon instead (green arrow).
Thank you all ! That was the issue
Now that's funny, but it does prove a point that the icons portray the difference between round and slotted holes very poorly.
My initial response would be to set the screen to the native resolution.
Can you post an image of what you are seeing?
