Does anyone know why the Chamfer Command mysteriously disappears from the Fillet Flyout? Any ideas how to get it back. I can drag the Chamfer command onto the ToolManager Tab but not into the Fillet Flyout.
The exact same problem is described here, Fillet Flyout F'd but that answer relied on a Magic Potion which I do not have.
I must admit that I am surprised that many of the advanced users were not able to answer this question, but I have figured it out and in case you are having the same problem here is how to fix it. As you can see below the Chamfer command is now shown.
If you open regedit.exe and navigate to the following registry entry you will see the FlyOut command list for the Fillet Flyout. The code for this is Flyout22. If you then open the cmdlist you will likely see only a single command i.e. cmd0 REG_DWORD 0x0008005. To inject the chamfer command simple add the chamfer command (0x00008009) as shown in the screen capture below.
