How to "Knock Down" a Cardboard Box

I'm designing a custom box erector for a cardboard box (case).

Cardboard boxes come in a "knocked down" or flattened state, as shown below:

I would like to make a SolidWorks part that has 2 configurations - flattened, and then erected.

My first thought was to model this as a sheet metal part, make a 2nd configuration called "Flattened", then flatten a few of the bends and modify a couple of the bends to be 180 degrees, instead of 90.  But, SolidWorks won't let me edit the angle of the pre-made bends... I was hoping to set them up to be either 90, 0 or 180 degrees.

Any ideas on how best I might be able to accomplish what I'm trying to do?

Thanks in advance,

-Iain
