Recently, I've seen an influx of the error in the image below. Can someone explain what could be causing this? To my knowledge, nothing has changed in the assembly. Both faces are unsuppressed and virtual inside the same assembly. Now it seems one face has referenced to another assembly? Is that possible?
I can manual delete **External**Face<2> and re-select the face and it is fixed, but some of my assemblies have dozens of these errors. I can't spend a week manually fixing all of them!
The face that was selected for the original mate is now missing. Just edit the mate and re-select the face.
It just means that the face is not there anymore. Did you change names perhaps or change solids?
