Is there any way to open a .dwfx file? This originates from autodesk but I am hoping to save as a different file or whatever it takes

I have a file that is a .dwfx extension.  I know this is an autodesk extension and a tough one.  Is there any way to translate to a different file type?  I have tried manually changing the extension, but that has not worked.  Is there a file translator available to open and save this as an iges or step file?
