I got this random error when i opened and logged into my Standard PDM vault. Everything to my knowledge still works, does anyone know why i got this message?
We have been getting this very first time accessing the vault after a fresh install since we went to Enterprise PDM back in 2008. Only the first time accessing the vault and then never see it again.
I reported this to our VAR years ago and they said it is normal and just ignore it. You would think it would have been resolved by now...
You can go into the KB and search for logfile.dll and you will find Solution S-049251 which explains the issue. One solution they say is uninstall and reinstall. I can tell you that does not work for us. We have just become comfortably numb to it since it only happens on the initial vault access.
Its yet to happen again. Thats weird that it only occurs the first time after installing it.
Yes, we do as well on fresh installs. Our VAR was here and just said ignore it. Its a known thing but causes no issues after clicking it away.
