I just updated all my client computers and my server computer to Solidworks 2016 SP3.0. I am having trouble accessing the Standard PDM completely. When i attempt to log in to the PDM vault I get this error message.
I ran the Check for updates Solidworks provides but it says that everything is up to date. Does anyone have any solutions to this, do i need to update Microsoft SQL server? Thank you for the help.
This is not a SQL Server problem. Are your archive server and database server the same machine? If not, you need to update both. What version is listed on you client machine and server(s) for the SolidWorks PDM software? You can check this in the Windows Control Panel under Programs and Features.
