I see this error any time eDrawings 2015 is launched.  When either opening eDrawings 2015 from it's Desktop shortcut, or opening it by attempting to open a SLDDRW file from the PDM file explorer.  Has anyone seen this behavior before?  My research shows that perhaps this is due to .NET Framework?  Recently .NET Framework 4.6.1 was installed.  I've tried to run a "Repair" on it from CONTROL PANEL>PROGRAMS & FEATURES.  I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall .NET Framework 4.6.1.

eDrawings 2014 is still installed and works without problems.  Although it's application name is nowhere to be found within PROGRAMS & FEATURES, so I'm not sure how to uninstall it.
