I've created an admin image of SW 2008 SP 0.1. When my users try and launch the install using the StartSWInstall.hta page, most of them are presented with the attached error messages. The text of which says " Error 1325.solidworks is not a valid short file name.". So far only one user has been able to install Solidworks 2008 using this method.

I did some searching and it looks like it could be a Windows Installer problem. I've tried the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301, but it didn't help.

Any ideas?
