Did anyone else have this problem before as the picture shown?

Hello!

I have Solidworks 2015. The software itself is in English, but when it comes to creating parts and drawings, some of the names change into Chinese language. I think the  default language for parts and drawings are in Chinese. Because when I edited the tittle blocks, everything in title blocks were in Chinese, and I had to changed back to English one by one. How can I fix this problem to keep the language consistent?  I do speak Chinese, but I would like to have them kept at least in the same language, preferably English.  Please let me know if there is solution.
