Design review in Solidworks

Few months ago I was doing a very large cabinet design as you remember.  Now my boss is reviewing the designs and it is a very difficult thing to capture all the discussions that have gone on between us, like why it some features are supposed to be there and why some should be taken off and what should be actioned on or delayed depending on the prototype build.

Is there a way in Solidworks to methodically capture all these items in point form like a summary of to-do lists so that I can check off item by item whether it should be done or deferred or KIV or whatever status to follow up in future?
