I'm having a memory lapse. Perhaps virtual component is not the name of what I'm looking for. In my training I remember a "fake" part could be added to an assembly and be visible in the BOM but not actually have a model. For example: paint. You don't need a model for paint but you want it included in the BOM for costing etc... I loaned my Assemblies book and the class was a few years ago now. I searched and cannot find it. Could someone please refresh my memory. Thanks.
