Instead of 'view all annotation', how do you go about to get a specific annotation to show on your assembly? I would like the 'note' circle in yellow to show and suppressed all others. Please see attachement.
I don't know of any way to do that. I thought maybe there was a way to hide individual notes, but if there is I can't find it.
You can add individual notes to different layers.
If you turn on the "Layer" toolbar, you can create different layers.
Then just add the one note to a layer that is visible and all the other notes to a layer that is not visible.
Well, after re-reading it, I think that you might mean on an assembly not on an assembly DRAWING....
In an assembly, you can create different annotation views, add different notes to those annotation views and show or hide the views.
You're right, click around at the annotation views, still doesn't do the job; i'll mess around with it some more.
Have you checked the annotation settings under View menu?
I don't see the icon in the 'view' menu.
This is from SW2015. Are you using 2014.
