Is there any way to change the default extrusion thickness? For me the default is always 0.10 inches and I'd like to change it to something a bit more useful - like a stock thickness like 0.125". It would be especially useful for the thin-feature thickness default.

Naw - just a regular solid body. Both Extrusion thickness and also thin-feature thickness would be nice to set a default to....
If you go to your system options under Spin Box Increments, you'll see a couple of numbers. Change the Length increments there. Now, be aware, this will cause a few other things to be off. I'd suggest you not do this as it doesn't take but a second to change them on the fly during feature creation.

Yes, there is a way.
By default, the extrusion thickness that shows up in your extrusion depth matches that of your default spin box increments.
Change these numbers and your default thickness will change as well.
Changing the length increments in System Options might do it for you in regards to the extrusion thickness.
