Can anyone guide me out how to change the language settings from English to german ?

I have :

- Solidworks was installed in German.

- Windows was updated to include German Language and was changed to German.

The problem :

-Solidworks user interface is in English !!!

-The templates (in this path : "C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp 2014\SolidWorks\lang\german\Tutorial") are in English !!!
