This morning, clicking the 'Knowledge Base' link on the customer portal page is showing my users this:
Our subscription is current, and I can access all other restricted areas (Downloads, My SPRs/ERs, etc) with no problems. I can also access direct links to SPRs that are found in forum posts and such. Is anyone else having problems accessing the knowledge base today?
Hey Jim,
Check that your browser cache is clear, if it is a recent registration. In addition, if you have no registered your serial number this problem would present itself. Also, every few years SOLIDWORKS resets the entitlement, just to make life a bit difficult.

Preform the following fix to the account, it should work within 24 hours, if it does not, it becomes a Service Request (SR)
