Rebuild error. "unable to create instances for the pattern"

I made two fillets that I want to circular pattern. The features that I want filleted were themselves circular-patterned.

The preview looks good. It shows exactly what I want.

I wish there was a button that said "Dear Solidworks, you know the picture you're showing me in the preview? Do that exactly as shown. It will all be ok. Thank you."
