I'm still playing around with your macro to get it to work.
But here's a few things you need to change:
1 - Either change all "Part" in your code to swModel or change your Dim swModel to Dim Part
2- You need to convert your TextBox2.Text to Integer since it's String as default.
Dim text2Answer as Integer
text2Answer = CInt(TextBox2.Value)
3- Also TextBox1.Text needs to be a "Double" value to work with "InsertOffsetSuface".
Also I'm not an expert in programming so I might be wrong!
Edit : Don't need to convert... I got that part working.
So far the macro makes the surfaces. Just working on splitting bodies now.
Should have it working by the end of the day!
Did you ever get this working by chance?
Yes, sorry forgot to post it!
Let me know if it works for you...
Never mind I figured it out. You must be using solid-works 2016 while I have 2015. It was looking for the 2016 libraries and they didn't exist obviously, just needed to change it to use the 2015 ones.
Thank you so much BTW.
