Hi,

I'm trying to move some files from one folder to another in EPDM, and EPDM is telling me that I can't. It's giving the error that "The file is referenced by a file that is checked out on another computer" and that I "do not have require permissions."

This would be fine — if the file was referenced by any checked out files at all! But when I look at the locations this file is used, no checked out files appear. I've tried this as Admin. I've tried looking for any files that reference this file in the database (which also shows up files that are in the private state - files not checked in yet).

Does anyone have any suggestions as to other things i should try?
