We have a classroom / lab with 2015 sp4 installed. They were installed from a file share off of our license server. I have created another administrative share with the sp5 image.
My Question: Is there a way to initiate the update from the client side, besides running the StartSWInstall.hta from the share?
When we run sldim.exe from the share it begins to update but we recieve the error: "The following products cannot be upgraded because they were installed from an administrative image: SOLIDWORKS"
The installation manager does not appear to be installed on the clients...which leads me to ask how, exactly does one create the administrative image to include the installation manager???
