I have completely reinstalled Windows and SolidWorks.
Now when I open my own project I have BOM where Toolbox standard parts do not represent an actual Part Number size, please see attached pic.
When I insert the new item from Toolbox (see the last row at the pic) it represented fine and as used to be at other rows.
Please advise what may be wrong, I wish I wold have my sizes back in the BOM?

I understand your idea and thank you for reply but my current Toolbox setting is Configurations.
The previous was the same.
I am quite new in SW but I did not create the folder for Parts when I ran project in previous installation so it was Configuration as it comes by default.
The Toolbox items have Component name and Referenced configuration in their properties.
When I open the Properties of former and just inserted parts they are the same.
But for just installed parts BOM retrieves Referenced configuration while for previous it is Component name.
I am totally confused with that.
Some bolts in the project became enormously big (like M20 instead of M8) and this size appears only in certain assembly configurations. When I switch assembly configuration to some other one those became normal. No way to change those.

The problem is SolidWorks installation.
I have uninstall and cleaned up everything related to it and install it again and it is working now.

Check your Toolbox settings and see if you're creating parts or configurations.
It looks like the previous SHCS were created as configuration with the config name used in the BOM DESCRIPTION column.
If you're now creating parts, these you your template settings and if the template is set to use the document name (file name) for the DESCRIPTION column, then this is what's showing up.
With just the image to work with, I think this is what's happening: you're creating Toolbox parts instead of configurations.
