kindly help me with the following problem.
Pipe ID = 300 mm
Pipe OD = 320 mm
Pipe Length = 15 m
Fluid = steam
Pipe material AISI 1330 (density = 7870 Kg/m^3 | Sp. heat = 472 J/Kg K | Th. conductivity = 51.9 W/m K)
Available Boundary Conditions at Inlet are:
Mass flow = 90 tons/hr
Velocity = 17m/s
Pressure = 64 Bar
Temperature = 480 Celsius
Assumed film co-efficient = 14.5 W/m^2 K
I have solved the problem, but the outputs are not as expected. Also the flow trajectories are not reaching the exit point.
What kind of settings to be followed throughout.

What is your outlet boundary condition that you applied?
Without specifying the outlet boundary condition, you wont get the flow trajectory correct.
