I want simulate this assembly but its showing interference but when I use diagnostic its still showing error
I want to simulate bolt in this assembly!
any one can help me plz
thank you in advance

go to evaluate option check for interference detect..
if any interference seen it will be listed there
check each one clear it for no interference
The only way to do FEA properly is to make sure your geometry is clean. Go back to the model and remove all gaps, slivers, and interferences. Then when you set up to run make logical contact sets with no penetration. It will take longer but you will get better results.
Garbage geometry = garbage FEA
James is right. In a regular CAD model, there are gaps and there are interferences (like threads).
Many of us will create a unique configuration for FEA. in that configuration, we remove threads, fix gaps, and add all sorts of wacky features to make the model work properly in FEA.
Be sure you can do some classical calculations as well to verify your results. Too many people trust the software without knowing the first thing about what it's doing and the errors that can easily occur.
An assembly must include parts (*.sldprt files).
This should be well understood before tackling advanced topics like FEA.
Are you a student?
How many parts are in your analysis?
How many parts did you attach here?
Yes I'm The beginner of FEA I have 53 parts are in sldprt file
It is almost always possible to simplify an assembly into fewer parts for FEA analysis.
There are likely parts that experience little stress or can be replaced with constraints.
Q1. How many of the 53 part files have you attached here?
6 part i have attached!
I'm going out on a limb here but... did you just import geometry? If so, then go back to the drawing board and model every part such that mating surfaces will not interfere and will match up perfectly. Then build your assembly and set up the FEA again.
There are no short cuts to good geometry.
Can you see the 6 part files attached? For some reason I do not see them?
J. Mather, I don't see any files attached to this thread at all.
@James Riddell @J.Mather I updated my part attachment
I don't have an rar extractor.
The free extractors tend to be loaded with mal-ware that I would not install on my clean SolidWorks machine.
