This is a bit of an unusual request. I realize normally most people want to do the opposite of this, but we have some import issues into our ERP system and this might be the best way to do it.
Is it possible for SW to not combine qtys on the BOM table? So each row would display qty 1?
Example:

| Tube 1 | 1 |
| Bolt A | 1 |
| Bolt A | 1 |
| Bolt A | 1 |
| Bolt B | 1 |
| Bolt B | 1 |
One method might be for the parts to carry different configuration id's. These could be hidden for each config so they would not be shown. They could also be shown if you were trying to indicate which bolt A came from a different supplier.
