In 2008 you can use "Insert/Part" and in sert the master part into all of your other parts, be sure to select the "Sketches" option.
Prior to 2008, you could workaround it by extruding the sketch as a surface, then "Insert/Part" with the "Surfaces" option selected.
In addition to Jason's good suggestion, you may also be able to accomplish this with a library feature inserted into the part, that is linked back to the library feature. If you change the library feature - then all the places where the library feature is used (since the setting to link to library feature is invoked) - they will get updated as well.
It is my understanding that using Blocks and linking them to their saved file will work for you. You make the Block, and then save it. You then have the option when inserting it into another part to link the Block back to it's saved version.
You can link a sketch block externally, but if your several parts comprise an assembly, you might try using a layout sketch to create and drive them.
