Trouble upgrading to sp5

Hi
I am having trouble upgrading from SP4 to Sp5 for PDMworks Server.I have attached a screenshot of the error I get, anyone got anyideas?? I have downloaded the Service pack twice just in case Imissed something in the download. I have contacted my vendor but Iwill try again....

We had a similar error when we were doing an upgrade back on 2006 version (not sure if it was the same error code). It turned out to be the version of Windows Server Installer. We had to roll back to a previous version of the installer that was on the server for it to work. You can find it on Microsoft's site. Good luck,

I am having exactly the same problem - did you find a solution?
We are running MS Windows server 2003 and also updating fromSP4.01.
