I have a part that I want to be able to make into a flat sheet metal pattern to cut. I'm not sure how to convert it. I've tried using the `convert to sheet metal` command but couldn't get it to behave correctly.

Hello Darr,,,, You will not be able to "Convert to Sheet Metal" or do an "Insert Bends" on this because the bends are not round (arcs). Since your Fillet1 is "Curvature Continuous" and not "Circular" convert or insert will not work. You can, however, create a "Lofted-Bend" to accomplish this. In my attached file I created 2 3d sketches for the profiles using your geometry. Had to convert the top (uneven) 3d sketch to a fit spline to make this work. In the attached file all your geometry is still there just hidden. Click on the the sheet metal toolbar "Flatten" for the flat pattern.
