Hi all,

I'm a new System Administrator at the company I work for and I have received a request from our engineering team to backup our Solid Works License Manager and then upgrade it from 2009 to 2010. My first question is what do I need to back up? We have three file folders on the server that this application is on and I nor my boss or any of the engineers really know the answer to that. The next question came from my boss, will I need the license file for 2010? Lastly what are the requisites for the upgrade to 2010, or is it as simple as checking for updates in the Solid Works Installation Manager?
