I just loaded the 15 day trial version of Visualize and it won’t start.
When I try to start Visualize, I get a licensing screen
with a space for a serial number and below that it says
“This copy of SOLIDWORKS Visualize is not licensed. The requested feature is not supported by your license.”
So I figure it wants the license of my SOLIDWORKS standard since that’s all I have. When I do, I get the following message:
“An error occurred validating the SOLIDWORKS Serial Number. Please contact support. My next step is to contact support but thought I would start here.
By the way, I did read all the other posts on this issue. My serial number fills all the spaces and seems to work until I get the error message "“An error occurred validating the SOLIDWORKS Serial Number. Please contact support". Not sure why a free trial requires a serial number at all.
