I'm not sure how to fine tune the placement of a decal in Visualize.

I have an assembly and I can drag a decal onto a part. I can then resize the decal in the edit decal dialog. But I have no idea how I can re-position the decal to be other than centered on the part.

I want to click on the decal and see some drag handles to help me move it around. But I haven't been able to select it.
