Applying a texture/pattern to a non-planar surface

I have spent almost a week now pulling out my hair trying to find ways to do this and still have come up with nothing. I am looking for a way to essentially take a texture I have created and apply it to any surface I please. I have found a feature in Rhino 3D that is a pretty close representation of what I am looking to do however, I was really trying to stay in Solidworks or at least with a SW plug-in that will do something similar. In Rhinoceros the feature is named "flow along surface" and after playing around with it for a little while I did eventually get it to work but as I have previously mentioned, I was really trying to stay within SW or with a plug-in.

In SW I have tried using curve driven patterns to re-create the pattern on my non-planar surface, however it ends up skew the pattern somewhere along the curve. I have attached a picture of the pattern/texture I am trying to apply as well as a part I am trying to apply it to.

Thanks in advance for your time!
