That's not an accurate section. I don't think I'd recommend it.
Where was this graphic taken from?
Currently in SW, you can make an aligned section view of just the ribs or just the holes, from your example. You won't be able to parametrically create a single aligned section view of both the holes and ribs in the same view without creating some really weird result.
